Black Hair Clip On Hair Extensions

Clip On Hair Extensions For Black Hair Beauties

Clip on hair extensions offer “Black Hair Clip on Hair Extensions” endless possibilities. The idea of adding instant length to our hair has taken huge leaps and bounds since hair extensions first surfaced some years back. Rightfully so, I mean really now ladies think about it, how many women do you think are willing to fork out hundreds of dollars regularly and endless hours in the salon to have a little extra added, temporary length to their hair? And if that isn’t painful enough, these salon hair extensions have been notorious for breakingoff the good healthy hair you might have had in the first place. (Remember Paris Hilton?) Whew, no wonder why so many of you didn’t give the idea a second thought.

Don’t get me wrong, I love extra add-on hair, clip on hair extensions and partial wigs. There will always be a big market for these easy to use accessories. I have a number of different styles of the synthetic stuff in all different shapes and sizes. I’ve been a consumer of extra added hair for years, I think it may be a compulsion of sorts.

Thank the lord for the way consumerism and the marketplace works. We now have available instant, beautiful, sexy hair that’s quick-n-easy to achieve AND at an affordable price! (I’m not selling for anyone here, I promise.) OH . . . did I forget to mention, it would take a professional hair-weaver to recognize the extra accessory you are wearing with the new clip on hair extensions? I swear, even your Mother won’t know for sure.

The clip on hair extensions I’m most familiar with are from Ken Paves of HairUWear. A few months back I attended a Beauty Show where these hair extensions were being marketed. They looked great. I’m not kidding, check out this video of Ken Paves, of the infamous “Jessica Simpson Hair Extensions,” doing a 5 minute makeover. He does two black hair glamorous looks on this woman in minutes and teaches her how to do it at the same time.

What are Corn-row Extensions

Corn-row Extensions are simply wefts of hair/lines of hair that are sewn/weaved onto a tiny braid that is made from your own hair. This braid is called a corn-row or track. The braids run horizontally around the back of your head underneath your hairline so you can't see them. The crown area of your own hair covers the top braid making the extensions undetectable.

Once the braids are done, the wefts are sewn onto them and then your own crown area hair is blended with and combed over the extensions. From now on you have to think of the extensions as your hair.

If you have higlighted hair or with more than two colours going through their hair. You cannot mix hair with the cornrow system. The hair wefts that are sewn onto the braid come in block colour. The Extend magic system is ideal for mixing hair colour.
However if you wish to go a completly different colour without having to dye your own hair you can acieve this

by the Corn-row system.

Best Hair Conditioner

A super-easy, homemade hair conditioner is a cinch to make. And it doesn't matter the type or condition of hair, it's effective regardless.

Recipe:

a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil
a matching amount of honey
splash of apple cider vinegar, more for fine hair types

Mix in a bowl. Apply to just washed hair. Wrap in a warm towel over plastic cap. Wash out when cooled with shampoo and warm water.

That's it. The honey acts as a natural humectant, which means it draws moisture into the hair strands. It also eliminates the look of split ends, essentially gluing them together! The e.v.o.o. moisturizes in the fact that it's very similar to hair in it's makeup. The vinegar keeps it from weighing down the hair after you wash it out. It also balances the hair's pH, so it's not only amazingly clean, but naturally soft.
